Dunraven Street was a fantastic project, the developer was Aspire LLP who specialise in high value residential homes.
The property was fully refurbished and the lower ground floor extended to create a large master suite, this extension created a roof terrace above.
Konextions supplied all the new electrical systems which include power and distribution, lighting control, a home auomation system, automated blinds, HDMI distribution, security system and HVAC control/integration. The media room was kitted out with a surround sound system
